Esto es más que una línea de tiempo de roles. Es la historia de cómo cada capítulo amplió mi perspectiva, desde el diseño gráfico e informacional hasta productos empresariales, sistemas de salud, plataformas del sector público, analítica y entrega asistida por IA.
Cada transición aportó algo nuevo. El oficio visual se convirtió en experiencia de usuario. La experiencia de usuario se convirtió en estrategia de producto. La estrategia de producto evolucionó hacia un pensamiento empresarial, donde accesibilidad, datos, infraestructura y colaboración multidisciplinaria formaron parte de la misma conversación.

Leading product strategy and end-to-end UX architecture for a founder-led cloud SaaS platform serving hosting businesses. The work brings together information architecture, AI-assisted workflows, analytics thinking, onboarding and automation flows, and a scalable self-hosted architecture that helps business and engineering teams make better decisions.
Technical Director, Web & Experience Platforms
Directed modernization across enterprise and public-sector platforms through WordPress engineering, custom web development, and large-scale ADA remediation for WCAG and Section 508. Built the agency’s technical foundation—GitHub, deployment pipelines, and server workflows—while defining early architecture for AI-assisted, database-driven product experiences.

Designed enterprise AI and IoT software where complex operational data became clear workflows, dashboards, and reusable interface patterns. Built scalable design systems in Figma and Penpot that reduced implementation ambiguity and supported product expansion in highly technical environments.
Web Engineering & UX/UI Strategy
Led UX and web product direction for healthcare platforms used by members, internal teams, and clinical and administrative stakeholders. Partnered with analytics teams on engagement and performance metrics, managed secure hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure, and improved how complex healthcare information was presented under accessibility and compliance requirements.
Senior UX Designer/UX Strategist
Directed UX strategy for mission-critical federal systems with dense geospatial, operational, regulatory, and reporting data. Rebuilt NRM-SUDS information architecture under Section 508 and USWDS standards, clarified GOARIS and APHIS-IPHIS workflows for specialized users, and improved delivery efficiency through redesigned workflows and REST API integration patterns.
