Commitment

Accessibility is central to my practice as a UX/UI designer and product strategist. This website is designed and maintained to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

The goal is that information, navigation, and interactions remain usable for as many people as possible—including people who use assistive technologies, keyboard-only navigation, contrast preferences, or reduced motion.

Conformance status

WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformant, based on the most recent accessibility review of this site’s public pages.

  • Last accessibility review date: August 5, 2026
  • Standard: WCAG 2.2 Level AA
  • Method: assisted evaluation (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse) plus manual checks for keyboard, focus, contrast, and semantic structure
  • Scope: primary public pages of the site in English and Spanish

This statement is made in good faith based on current testing. If you encounter a barrier, please contact me so it can be addressed as a priority.

Measures in place

  • Sufficient color contrast for text and UI (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text; 3:1 for large text and UI components)
  • Full keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
  • “Skip to main content” link
  • Semantic structure with headings, landmarks, and form labels
  • Meaningful alternative text for informative images; decorative images hidden from assistive tech
  • Support for prefers-reduced-motion and high-contrast preferences when exposed by the browser
  • English and Spanish content with consistent page language and URLs

Known limitations

Some areas may be outside full control of the site or require ongoing improvement:

  • Third-party embedded content (for example external players or widgets), when present
  • Downloadable documents (PDF/Word) under continuous accessibility review
  • Historical project screenshots or visual assets that may include text inside images
